During this series, you will gain the confidence to safely ferment foods, hone your skills, and understand what is unsafe.

beet kvass, ginger “beer”
June 17 | 4-6pm: yogurt, hot sauce, salsa
July 29 | 4-6pm: sauerkraut and kimchi,
sourdough
August 12 | 11-1; Share your projects and
knowledge at the Edible Garden Tour
